Leading Mindful Conversations

Wellbeing conversations play an essential role in developing a culture of psychological safety, and supporting staff to stay ahead of stress and strain. This engaging half day course will provide strategies and confidence to leaders who want their tribe to thrive.

The art of being Resilient

This interactive workshop will provide participants with practical strategies for how to bounce back stronger from challenging situations in the workplace. 

Course Overview 

  • What is resilience and why is it important?

  • The relationship between stress, performance and burnout 

  • Exploring stressors in your workplace 

  • Developing a growth mindset, reframing and circles of influence

  • How to take a healthy ownership of your resilience

  • How mindfulness can help in moments of stress

Counselling sessions for your work tribe

Boost morale in the workplace by offering your employees 

a safe, confidential place to talk about anything that maybe confusing, painful or uncomfortable by having a counsellor who is trained to listen attentively and help them improve the situation. 

 

Workplace counselling is short-term. The aim of the sessions is to help on problem solving.

Our pool of counsellors are all BACP registered.

 

How we will work with you

No need to be tied down to a contract, you can use our therapy services on a case by case basis. You’ll be charged one flat fee for every counselling session used by the an employee.
