About Keep it calm

Here at Keep it calm we are passionate about wellbeing and are on a mission to give more support to your work tribe and provide them with the tools to manage workplace stress. We also support the mindful leaders and managers out there who see mental wellbeing a priority in the workplace and want to build their understanding and confidence in staff wellbeing.

What We Offer

We support organisations wherever they may be in their wellbeing journey. You may have an EAP, or some employee support for mental health or you may have nothing in place. With every £1 invested in wellbeing companies can expect to see an average of £5 return (Deloitte Mental Health report 2022). That’s less turnover, less presenteeism and most importantly by having something in place your tribe will feel valued. You can show them you care.
